Pricing and Layouts
We offer apartments with more than 100 unique floor plans to choose from. We simply could not list them all here, so please inquire with our leasing staff for a floor plan that suits your needs. The following are examples of our common floor plans.
Leased parking based on availability. Cost is $30-$60 per month.
12 month leases depending on availability.
2. Applicants shall provide a valid state issued I.D. or driverís license, Social Security card, Permanent Resident card and/or valid I-94 form.
3. Applicants shall provide two (2) most recent and consecutive years of housing history. Information provided will be verified and must be satisfactory. Any break in time between rental references must be explained by applicant and verified.
4. Applicants credit history shall possess no collections, civil judgment, or profit and loss accounts. Medical accounts shall be reviewed separately and may be excluded.
5. Applicants shall have no unpaid unlawful detainers or evictions.
6. Applicants shall have no charges or convictions that represent harmful or threatening behavior towards another individual or organization. All criminal history will be considered active until sentences are completed
Stevens Community Associates follow the guidelines set by the Minnesota Crime Free Multi-Housing Program, Minneapolis City Ordinances and Minnesota Statutes in determining eligibility for housing.
